Health and Wellbeing

Each week students attend a specialist Health and Wellbeing class.  The students explore the importance of healthy eating and how to create a well-balanced lifestyle. Students identify various parts of their bodies and explore the growth changes. This knowledge is achieved through class discussions, dance exercises and creative activities.


Gardening: During Health sessions students also have the opportunity to plant seedlings and be responsible in maintaining the growth of the foods planted. The most exciting part is harvesting the food and creating healthy meals.
